Purpose Quest Podcast
Purpose Quest is a podcast exploring the journey of discovering and living your purpose.
In each episode, I speak with inspiring women and men who have chosen to follow their inner calling — often leaving conventional paths to create a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling.
Through honest conversations, we explore the challenges, turning points, and inner transformations that happen when someone decides to listen to their truth.
Because purpose isn’t always something we “find” overnight — it’s something we uncover through courage, curiosity, and growth.
Available to listen on all major platforms.

In this solo episode of The Purpose Quest, I share some of the most powerful lessons I’ve learned on my journey around purpose, trust, and becoming who we truly are.
I talk about learning to let go of control, embracing uncertainty, trusting the wisdom of the body, and allowing life to unfold in its own timing. I also share my experience with deep rest, pleasure, and what it means to follow what genuinely feels aligned — even when it feels uncomfortable or uncertain.
And I share some big personal news: I’m stepping into a new chapter of my life and I open up about the fears, resistance, and inner shifts that came with claiming this path, and what it means to trust your body as your inner compass.
If you’ve ever felt called to something but hesitated, struggled with the unknown, or wondered how to follow what feels true for you — this episode is for you.
This conversation is an invitation to trust yourself, honour what feels aligned, and remember that your path reveals itself as you walk it.We’ll talk about what purpose really means, the pressures to “figure it all out,” and why purpose isn’t something to chase—it’s something we live, moment by moment.

In this episode, we go where most women have been taught never to look.
Caitlin Erica shares the raw, holy, and wildly human truth of her journey. By giving herself permission to be wrong and following the whispers of her intuition, she stepped into a strip club, an initiation she never expected, but one that changed everything.
Now a Sydney-based feminine embodiment teacher, Caitlin creates trailblazing events and programs that help women release shame and reclaim unapologetic feminine power. What began as a trembling, curious step into the world of strip clubs became a journey unlocking the ancient codes of seduction, feminine leadership, and embodied confidence.
Together, we explore:
✨ Healing the wounds of sisterhood
✨ Unlearning the good girl, the pleaser, the performer
✨ The truth about seduction — the difference between unethical seduction and embodied leadership
✨ Why so many women are terrified to reclaim their power
✨ What sensuality actually looks and feels like in the body
✨ An exercise she teaches where shame has no place
✨ The safest place for a woman to reconnect with her body
✨ The embodiment practices that bring her back to herself, again and again
✨ What reclaiming sexuality is
✨ And the erotic truth of childbirth
Today’s guest is not what you expect.
It’s an initiation. A reclamation. A reminder of what becomes possible when a woman stops asking for permission — reclaiming the body, shedding shame, returning to sensual truth, and living in full ownership of who you are.Connect with Caitlin:

In this episode, I sit down with Fabio Borges — a Brazilian contemporary visual artist, author and mindfulness practitioner whose life took an unexpected turn after what he calls his dark night of the soul. After more than 20 years working as a creative director for major brands, that crisis shattered everything he thought he understood about success, identity, and creativity.
What followed was a complete reorientation. Fabio began questioning the foundations of his work and realised that art could be more than aesthetics — it could become a doorway into presence, healing, and authentic self-discovery. From that insight, he developed Art2Heal, a methodology that bridges his background in high-level creative work with contemplative practices like breathwork, mindfulness, self-hypnosis, and symbolic awareness.
Now based in Sydney, Fabio guides individuals and groups through transformative creative experiences, drawing from his own journey of moving from autopilot into genuine presence. In our conversation, he opens up about the personal story behind this transition, the belief so many of us carry about “not being an artist,” and how his own psychedelic and healing journey eventually became part of his artistic expression.
We also explore the framework in his new book, the exercises inside it, and the role of symbolism and teachings drawn from different spiritual traditions. This episode is an invitation to rethink creativity — not as something you perform, but as a path back to yourself, your inner world, and the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen.

In this deeply nourishing conversation, I sit down with Sigrid Tasies — Trauma-Informed Somatic Facilitator, Medicine Woman, and Embodiment Teacher. Through her international retreats, ceremonies, and private mentorships, she has supported thousands of leaders, artists, and entrepreneurs to reconnect with their bodies, their truth, and their purpose.
In this episode, we talk about the difference between living your purpose versus performing it, and how to move from a state of autopilot into a relationship of deep listening and presence with the body. Sigrid shares how our greatest challenges often happen for us rather than to us — each experience an invitation to return to alignment and self-trust.
We explore the power of ceremony and ritual as acts of remembrance — ways to bring meaning, grounding, and reverence into our everyday lives. Sigrid also opens up about her personal journey and the inner transformations that allowed her to experience a partnership rooted in truth, expansion, and devotion.
From embodiment practices to nervous system awareness, from leadership to love, this episode is a reminder that purpose isn’t something we find — it’s something we remember when we come back to ourselves.

Our conversation expands into the ways tarot interconnects with astrology, human design, and numerology — all powerful tools for remembering who we are and why we’re here. Sophie opens up about her own journey with tarot, the misconceptions she wishes more people understood, and how these practices can illuminate our purpose in today’s world.
To close, she offers a tarot reading on humanity’s collective purpose — a message for us all. Whether you’re at a crossroads, seeking clarity, or simply curious about the deeper wisdom tarot carries, this conversation will invite you to see the cards — and yourself — in a whole new way.
